Data we process
Bookings are mainly by phone. We only ask for data needed to confirm the stay. This website does not require user registration to browse or view rates.
We do not keep personal information about people who browse. We do not create accounts or profiles. Analytics (GA4) and ads (Google Ads) cookies, if you accept them, are anonymous: we do not identify you or match the visit to a phone booking.
Purpose
To manage bookings, answer enquiries and improve the site experience. We do not sell data to third parties.
Contact form: if you write to us we process your name, email, phone and message solely to answer your request (legal basis: your consent). We keep them for at most 12 months and only the hotel receives them at info@casitaamarilla.com.
We never sell or share your data with third parties without your express consent, except where the law requires it. We apply the technical and organisational measures required by the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD.
Data processors
To run this website we rely on providers acting as data processors: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form delivery), Neon, Inc. (the database where your request is kept for at most 12 months), Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies) and Cloudflare, Inc. (form anti-spam protection, when enabled). None of them uses your data for their own purposes.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (United States). Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads only with your consent. Until you accept, no analytics or ads cookies (_ga, _gcl) are stored. Language (ca-lang) and your choice (ca-consent) are necessary technical cookies.
